  • and a loneliness that’s hard to explain to people who aren’t living it

I know what it’s like when life doesn’t unfold the way you thought it would.

In my early 40s, everything I thought was stable unraveled at once—my already late-in-life marriage ended, I chose to pursue motherhood on my own through IVF, moved across the country, hit the contract term limit forcing me to leave a job I loved before I welcomed my daughter … all within months.

There wasn’t a roadmap.

There were moments of clarity, and moments of deep uncertainty.
Times when I was grounded, and times when my nervous system was completely stretched.

What carried me through wasn’t having the perfect plan.

It was learning to:

  • listen to my own intuition

  • regulate my body in the middle of intensity

  • receive support in ways I hadn’t before

  • and trust myself (and those guides beyond myself) even when I didn’t have all the answers

Along the way, I’ve spent years as a coach, facilitator, and learning designer—supporting people through growth, change, and complex transitions. And I’ve also trained in and now practice Akashic healing, which allows me to support clients at a deeper emotional and energetic level.

Inside this work, you’ll receive:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions, two per month

  • Monthly Community gathering featuring facilitated and ad hoc peer support

  • Emotional and somatic support tailored to your real life

  • Practices to regulate your nervous system and reduce overwhelm

  • Space to process decisions, uncertainty, and identity shifts

  • Optional Akashic healing sessions for deeper insight and release

  • Ongoing support between sessions (as needed)
